Guests of the villa are welcome to use the Porta Fortuna Beach Club, order room service from the restaurant or find their flow in the yoga facility. And the villa has its own resort-worthy outdoor living space with a private pool, lounging and dining areas, a built-in barbecue and a hot tub.
There’s plenty of space for everyone to gather inside the villa in a bright, colorful great room with sitting and dining areas and a fully equipped kitchen. Slide-away glass doors flood the open-concept space with light—and provide easy access to the patio—while an accent wall splashed in turquoise echoes the color of the ocean.
Choose from three well-appointed bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. There’s a master suite with a king bed and balcony, a second king bedroom with an al-fresco shower and access to the pool terrace, and a third bedroom with two double beds and its own balcony.

Zen Casita 9 puts you close to the best of the area, with the nearest beach a 2-minute walk from the villa and three others a short walk or golf-cart ride away. Having two golf courses only a 10-minute walk away puts multiple rounds within reach, and shopping and dining are 15 minutes away in central Punta Mita.
